  • to provide you with our professional services in accordance with our agreement with you
  • Internal record keeping
  • Accountancy and other legal obligations

Who we share your information with:

The information we hold for active clients is occasionally shared with relevant consultants/statutory bodies to enable us to provide the service appointed to do so. This might, for example, include providing a structural engineer with your contact information to enable them to provide a quotation.

As a working business your information will also be shared with:

  • Our insurers
  • Our accountants
  • Our bank
  • External software providers (for online storage) including Google, Dropbox.

Security

Our information is largely cloud based with all providers secured with a minimum '2-step authentication'. All reasonable measures are taken to ensure this information is secure.
